In traditional FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated), the investor has to manage clinical staff, consult patients, and handle complex daily operations. Under our FOCO model, you provide the capital and location while Dietitian Shreya's central medical and management team operates the clinic end-to-end.
What are the commercial space requirements?
For a Dietitian Shreya Clinic, a prime commercial area of 800 to 1,200 sq. ft. is ideal. For the comprehensive Clinic + Academy + Yoga format, 1,500 to 2,500 sq. ft. is recommended.
When will commercial and revenue terms be disclosed?
