Do you love to get wet in the drizzle? Isn’t it amazing to get dripping wet into the rain? However, here is bad news for the rain lovers. It is not good for your hairs to get wet in the rain frequently. The main cause is acidic nature of rain water. The increased humidity level in monsoon multiplies your hair woes.
Normally, a healthy person shed out at least 40 to 90 hairs regularly, which indicates a healthy hair growth cycle. A constant increase in the amount of hair loss is called Alopecia. For a human being, it is a shocking and serious condition. The quantity of hair loss increases after pregnancy experience.
There are numerous reasons which lead to alopecia. Some of them are illness, diet, mineral deficiency, a range of medications, hair treatments, pollution, hereditary problem, autoimmune disorders, hormonal alterations, etc. Hectic life and stress is the major factor behind the hair loss. Symptoms of PCOD include no irregular or heavy menstrual periods, acne, pelvic pain, and difficulty in getting pregnant. PCOD causes hair loss in a male-pattern. Other additional causes may be a reduction in estrogen levels or other hormonal changes.
*Anemia*
Genetics or stress alone is not the sole reason behind hair fall. Hair fall is a sign of various medical problems. Even this can be because of the insufficient amount of red blood cells in your system, which is also known as Anemia. To produce red blood cells our body needs definite nutrients and lack of any one or more nutrients out of the required one will lead to anemia.
*Lack of Vitamin D*
Hair loss is always attributed to stress; however, it is a common cause. If you are suffering a severe hair loss, it can be a result of nutrient deficiency or a disease. Low Vitamin D levels lead to hair loss in women. An autoimmune disease Alopecia areata causes a severe hair loss. This disease is associated with rickets, which is caused due to deficiency of Vitamin D in children.
*Thyroid*
Due to thyroid disease, your hormones get out of whack which is felt by your whole body. Your thinking, mood, weight, everything gets affected. Hair fall is a common prevalent side effect of thyroid disease. However, it is not an unending problem.
*Fungal Infections:*
Fungal infections on the scalp are the major reason which causes extreme hair fall. However, there are different types of fungal infections, but the most common one is ringworm. There is no connection between worms and ringworm, but it’s an infection which can occur on any of the body parts. It is known as Tinea Capitis in scientific terms, which leads to hair loss in patches.
Many times hair loss takes place after pregnancy, major surgery, and in the case of extreme stress. This is also known as Telogen effluvium which causes a large amount of hair loss daily during brushing, styling or washing their hair. It is a side effect caused by the medications like non-steroidal, beta-blockers, anti-inflammatory, anti-depressants or other drugs.

*Salmon Fish Oil Capsule:*
Salmon fish oil capsule contains a large amount of omega 3 fatty acids. This helps in the proper functioning of the body which keeps skin and hair healthy. It also controls the body’s functions to generate the hair growth. This oil is full of nutrients and proteins which nourish the hair follicles resulting in the hair growth. It also strengthens the hair roots, and they are vital for the ideal hair growth.
*Apple Cider Vinegar:*
ACV is the result from the fermentation of apples. Apples are rich in pectin, calcium, potassium malic with more beneficial enzymes and acids.
Prepare a mixture of water, essential oil and diluted apple cider vinegar. After washing your hair, you can pour this mixture over your scalp. This will help you to get shiny and healthy hair. You can even dip your split ends of your hair into the solution of diluted apple cider vinegar to get rid of hair split ends. To dilute Acv, mix water and apple cider vinegar in relative amount.

Increase the intake of Vitamin C, which helps in the absorption of iron. You can have citrus fruit, orange, etc.
Aloe Vera juice is the most effective home remedy to stop the hair loss. Infection or dryness of the scalp can be diminished by applying aloe vera gel. It helps in balancing the PH level.
Use antioxidants products matcha tea, green tea, which boosts the growth of hair. Stop eating junk food, and avoid unhealthy lifestyle, habits. The increase in toxin level is the main reason behind hair fall.
