Strawberry Chia seeds Jam, chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients.

Strawberry is the rich source of Vit-C Antioxidants, which builds immunity.

This Jodi together is a great combination of health and taste


1 full packing of strawberries 250gms, Diced

1 Cup Water

¼ Cup Chia Seeds(Soaked Over night)

¼ Cup Maple Syrup Or Honey Or Stevia

Put everything into a pot, Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 min. Until thickened. Jam is now ready !!  Store in a jar and refrigerate.
