Due to worsening environmental conditions, sometimes our usual diet and chemical hair products fall short of the intense care that is needed. The regular pollution, heat, and chemical application that the hair deals with invites split ends, roughness, dryness, or excessive oiling. Good hair day is a rare charm these days!!!

That’s when we need to shift our vision from applying the best products to eating the healthy ones. As nourishing the roots would bring faster and better results than any chemical can ever generate, and diets have never failed to restore the lost.

While expensive treatments bring short term benefits and sabotage the natural potential of the hair to shine and grow, ‘what-one-eats’ are a better option to opt for. After excess of application of such treatments such as smoothening, straightening, deep conditioning, and what not hair growth becomes struck and restoration becomes harder.

 Here are some of the magical drinks which will provide the required nourishment to your hair, and of course healthy hair would grow faster and be shiny:

  1. Magic Indian Gooseberry Tea: Boil curry leaves in water and uses a sieve to filter out the leaves. Add to this, 20ml of India Gooseberry juice, commonly known as Amla juice and 2 tsp of honey. This drink shows results in less than 15 days, but people with joint pains are not recommended to take Indian Gooseberries.
  1. The spinach smoothie: Blend ½ cup frozen mixed berries and 1 cup of baby spinach, with 1 tsp of chia seeds and ½ a banana; all together. Mix this in flavored/unflavored milk. Due to the rich iron content with results in increased oxygen flow to hair follicles; hence, making the hair healthier. This is a perfect winter companion to help your hair.
  2. Beetroot wonder-shake: Wash, peel, and dice, 1 beetroot, and 2 carrots, with 2 Indian Gooseberries (seeds removed), 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, and half watermelon, all together. Blend these ingredients, preferably in coconut water or else with normal water. Your hair-benefactor is ready!
  3. Raw juices: Raw Indian Gooseberries, apple, Avocado, and parsley juice is very effective in getting healthy and shiny hair. A person can choose one of each on regular basis according to what-deems-tasty! Coconut milk is also beneficial for hair. These raw juices can be consumed, depending on seasons, and health acceptances.
  4. Berry Smoothie: Blend together, 2 tsp chia seeds, 2 cups of baby spinach (optional), 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of strawberries, and ½ an avocado (optional). Add to this the required amount of water for consistency, and your yummy-healthy smoothie is ready.
  5. Carrot Shake: Blend 2 peeled carrots (seasonal), 2 Indian Gooseberries or Amla as we know it with seeds removed, and a small piece of ginger. Add to the above ingredients one lemon’s juice, and an appropriate amount of water for juicy consistency. After blending these together, extract the juice, and you are good to go.

All these magical drinks will bring stranding of muscles, hair shine, hair growth, dryness and split ends would be cured, natural smooth textures and artificial serums won’t be required, lesser hair fall, and above all you would be able to flaunt your hair with your favorite style.

    You have not mentioned the intake timing for any drink. Can you please help me with the intake timing and also is this to be taken in an empty stomach or not for your Magic Indian Gooseberry Tea, I want to try this for 1 month. As I am having sever hairfall. If works I will join in your weight loss program.

      Hello dear, how are you? You can have this drink early morning empty stomach in the morning and in the evening also, else it depends on the medical conditions of the body.
