SIX STEPS TO START YOUR DIET PLAN
Step 1) ENROLL YOUR DETAILS
Being clinical nutritionist, we recommend diets strictly on the basis of a person’s metabolism. Therefore, to enroll for our metabolic diet plan, all you need to do is provide us with details such as weight, height, location, medical history, and other personal details.
As per the company policy, these will be kept confidential.
Step 2) CHOOSE THE PERFECT PLAN
Considering your health, you would be provided all the details, and you need to choose a perfect plan for yourself. It majorly depends on the time it will take to restore your natural perfect body, which will not bounce back afterward.
Step 3) WELCOME CALL
After registration, you will receive a welcome call where our brilliant diet counselors will make notes of your personal preferences, tastes, customs, traditions, and demographics. This is to make sure, you don’t face any difficulty in following our prescribed diet plan.
Step 4) ASSIGNMENT OF P.D. ( PERSONAL DIETITIAN )
Your personal dietitian will make a customized diet plan for you as per the requirement. Your P.D. will always be there for your support and motivation. It will be our top priority, to help our clients satisfied and happy throughout.
Step 5) EXPLANATION OF YOUR PLAN
You will be enlightened with every single component in the diet plan you will be assigned. With all the reasons of the prescription, and how it will benefit your health, your P.D. will help you feel more confident about your new lifestyle.
Step 6) FOLLOW UP
Your health will be monitored on regular basis, and you can always contact us for any query on WhatsApp/Call/Email. The diets would be provided on weekly basis, after confirming your current maintenance of the diet plan and the health condition.
